Fast, free shipping across Canada — because you shouldn't have to pay extra to get what you love.

At Provisions Plus, we believe great products should arrive at your door quickly and without surprise fees. That's why we offer free shipping on every order across Canada.

Delivery times:

🚚 Ontario — 1 to 3 business days

🚚 Rest of Canada — 2 to 9 business days

🚚 Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU) — 6 to 12+ business days (remote surcharges may apply)

What to expect after you order:

📧 Tracking number — emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment

📦 Carriers we use — FedEx, Canpar, UPS and Day & Ross

🏠 Physical addresses only — we do not deliver to PO Boxes

If your package arrives damaged:

Write "Package Damaged" when signing for delivery and contact us immediately at info@provisionsplus.ca. Please keep all original packaging — it is required for damage claims.

Missed delivery?

If you are not home, the carrier may leave the package at your door. Re-deliveries are attempted up to two times. After the second missed delivery, the package must be picked up at the carrier's station within a few days or it will be returned to our warehouse.
